The debugging of the shaking table drive box is a crucial step to ensure the normal operation of the shaking table. The following points require attention:
Pulley Rotation Direction: When standing at the position of the drive box, the correct (forward) rotation is when the pulley turns towards the shaking table; the opposite direction is reverse. If the pulley rotates in reverse, swap the positive and negative terminals of the power supply lines.

Drive Box Lubrication: The drive box should not be overfilled with oil. Generally, it is sufficient to add oil until it reaches the level with the top of the oil pump. After adding oil, rotate the pulley several times to expel air and ensure smooth oil circulation.

Spring and Bolt Adjustment: The head spring should not be overtightened. It should be slightly loosened so that a slight knocking sound is heard during operation. At this point, gradually tighten the bolts at the rear of the drive box until the knocking sound disappears. When adjusting the stroke, corresponding adjustments must be made simultaneously to the spring adjustment bolts at the rear of the drive box, ensuring their tension is appropriately set.
